Outdoor elevator installation in a luxury property (Villa) in Mykonos. The installation in question posed many construction and architectural challenges. Initially, a heavy, 8-meters-high, metal well and a 2-meter-long corridor at the exit of the 1st floor were built. Then, a KLEEMANN elevator (MAISON ONE model, in particular) was installed. This model was deemed suitable for the project because it only needed 20 cm deep bottom digging. MAISON ONE is also a suitable elevator for special needs’ people. Finally, the metal well was covered with plasterboard and its design resembles a traditional Cycladic dovecote. The project was delivered with a carrier certificate and a static certificate of the well from an Engineer.
